Gian oversees all ticket operations of the organization and AutoZone Park Box Office. Additional responsibilities include managing ticket sales revenue and ticket inventory on a daily basis, overseeing the part time Box Office staff, and maintaining customer service protocols.
Prior to joining the Redbirds in January 2016, he served as Director of Ticket Operations for the Single-A Hickory Crawdads.
Gian graduated in December 2013 from Kennesaw State University in Georgia with a Bachelors Degree in Sport Management. Prior to attending Kennesaw State, he attained an Associate's Degree in History from Gainesville State College. In his free time, he enjoys camping, traveling, and attending sporting events.
